1. Complimentary Consultation
We meet at your home or in our office to discuss your goals and next steps. Bring your plans, or just your ideas—we’ll guide you forward.
2. Design & Planning
Already have drawings? Great—move to the next step. Need help? We’ll connect you with trusted designers to bring your vision to life.
3. Pre-Construction Agreement
While design work continues, we confirm our partnership and begin coordinating with trades, suppliers, and the municipality. This secures your spot in our construction schedule.
4. Detailed Estimate
With finalized plans, we prepare a clear, accurate estimate using input from our network of skilled trades and suppliers.
5. Contract & Scheduling
We finalize the budget, sign the contract, and schedule the project. Communication stays open as we track progress and costs.
6. Construction & Project Management
Your dedicated project manager oversees the build. Our online portal keeps you up to date with photos, schedules, and documents from anywhere.
7. Post-Construction Support
We back our work with a 2-year renovation warranty and a 2/5/10 warranty on new homes. And long after your project is complete, we’re just a call away.
