Description

A 1970s Tsawwassen home redesigned by Top Shelf Design now features a full exterior and interior renovation. Progress started with extensive structural repairs and finished with incredibly thoughtful finishing elements, in every corner of the home. Watermark Gardens designed and executed a stunning backyard, complete with cement pool with built-in hot tub and complementing surround landscaping.

The main floor ceiling was vaulted and the layout reconfigured to enhance ocean and mountain views. Interior upgrades included new stairs, complete upgrades, a chevron feature wall in the primary bedroom and custom built-in cabinetry in the living and dining rooms.
