Thirty-two solar panels supply nearly half of the home’s energy needs, supported by a Tesla Powerwall 2 for reliable backup power. This fully automated luxury home lets the owners remotely monitor and adjust comfort, lighting and audio throughout the home.
Every detail was meticulously conceptualized by these incredible customers. The Kemp team was incredibly fortunate to have the opportunity to execute their vision.
This project – “Jewel on the Bluff” – was selected as the winner in the 2026 Havan 2026 Havan Awards for Housing Excellence in the category of Best Primary Suite Renovated or Custom Home.
It was also recognized as a 2026 HAVAN Awards Finalist in two categories; CHBABC Georgie Awards 2026 Finalist in 3 categories; and CHBA National Awards 2026 Finalist in 1 category.
