Kemp Construction along with associates Sofo Kitchens Ltd., Exclusive Floors Ltd., and Sherwood Painting Ltd have the won the 2023 HAVAN Award for Best New Bathroom.
Kemp worked with BÜRO47architecture for this project which was built to meet the requirements of Step Code 4 of the new building code.
The Homebuilders Association Vancouver (HAVAN) Awards for Housing Excellence winners were announced on Saturday, April 22 at the JW Marriott Parq Hotel in Vancouver.
This home was recognized as a 2023 HAVAN Awards Finalist in four categories.

-Best New Custom Kitchen: $200,000 And Over
-Best New Bathroom - WINNER!
-Best Non-Certified High-Performance Home: New Or Renovated
