On Saturday April 29, 2017 the Greater Vancouver Homebuilders Association gathered to recognize industry excellence in new home construction, renovations and design across Metro Vancouver. Kemp Construction took home an Ovation Awards for Best Renovation $200,000 to $399,999 for our project By the Bay. The project was also a finalist in the Canadian Home Builder’s Association of BC’s prestigious Georgie Awards!!
This major renovation designed by the team at Sarah Gallop Design Inc. opened up a small home with many small rooms to a spacious great room perfect for family and entertaining. The addition of a large covered outdoor living space and change in the roof design added additional living space.
