Kemp Construction is very proud of our accomplishment having this home Net Zero Qualified - and it gets better - our provincial home builders association has recognized this home, “High-Performing Beauty”, as a finalist for the 2022 Georgie awards! This is 1 of 5 projects chosen in the "Best Energy Labelled Home - Custom" category.
Our team has been applying the building science behind Net Zero since 2017. There were many intricate components to this project and our amazing team brought it all together, from the design by Sarah Gallop Design Inc.
